Apple has applied a couple of patents for better screen color and a technology to improve its map. In the patent details, Apple has a method for introducing better and more accurate color to its screen that is called “quantum dot-enhaced display”. These quantum dots will be capable of emitting a spectrum of light and have a control over color accuracy. QD technology have some advanteges than LCD, LED and OLED.
